Based on demand, I have created the PDF version of the Block Strength Program.
I selected exercises based on my preferences, however, If you want to pick your own, you can go to the original Block Strength post and download the excel file. There’s a few youtube videos to walk you through the process.
The excel file allows you to use the video links, automate weight prescription based on your maxes, and select your own exercises.
Weights are not estimated on the PDF, so you the defined percentages at the top of each Week (in the black header) to estimate your weights for each primary exercise.
